1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ARTWALL's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are representative — actual colors may vary slightly due to printing and display settings
• Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout

3. Custom Orders

Pet Custom Art and Custom Print orders are made specifically for you:

• Pet Custom Art: You will receive a preview for approval before production. Once approved, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Custom Prints: Please ensure your image quality meets our DPI recommendations. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution source images.
• Custom orders typically take 10–15 business days from order to delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Non-custom items: 30-day return policy from delivery date, items must be in original condition
• Custom items (Pet Custom Art, Custom Prints): Non-refundable once confirmed for production
• Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund
• Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility

5. Shipping

• We ship within Australia only
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days ($9.95, free over $69)
• Express delivery: 2–3 business days ($19.95)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including artwork, designs, logos, and text, is the property of ARTWALL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Custom artworks created from your photos are for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

ARTWALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
