How long does shipping take?+

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $69.

Can I return or exchange my order?+

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. Custom orders (Pet Custom Art, Custom Prints) are non-refundable once confirmed for production.

How does the Pet Custom Art process work?+

Upload a photo of your pet, choose an art style and size, and our artist will create a custom portrait. You'll receive a preview within 3–5 business days to approve or request adjustments.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
